At Štorija o Božiću, we want your holiday decorations to bring pure joy to your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive your Return Authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original festive packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your returned ornaments or decor, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
